Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request in the email or call.
  3. Once we receive your request, we will review the details and guide you through the return process.
  4. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement product if preferred.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and quality of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used items, as they cannot be resold. We also do not offer refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ActivEarthFood@gmail.com or call 0423 544 228. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a full refund or sending a replacement product at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ActivEarthFood@gmail.com and send the item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
