What temperatures do you use when dehydrating your nuts and seeds?

To retain the maximum nutrients in our products, we dehydrate our nuts and seeds at carefully controlled low temperatures. Our highest dehydrating (activating) temperature is 58-60 degrees Celsius, depending on the type of nut or seed, which helps protect their nutrient integrity. We use even lower temperatures for some varieties, dehydrating them over 1-3 days to ensure optimal quality. This slower, low-temperature process distinguishes our products from other activated nuts that may lose nutrients when exposed to higher heat.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We try to use recyclable/compostable packaging whenever we can; however, due to shipping issues, breakages, and tears, we've had to explore other options.
